In the rare event your frame needs to be returned or exchanged, please know that we take great care to ensure a seamless experience until you are completely satisfied. Here are the ground rules:

Returns and exchanges must be made within 180 days from the date of purchase.
An order can be refunded for the full amount if cancel within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
Depending on the type of rush service, we will refund the total amount in full if you meet the requirement from the time of purchase.
We will issue a return label via email, or we can mail a printed label through the post office for an immediate return. The replacement frame will be shipped as soon as the original frame is returned, or the return label is activated.
eGift and Gifts cannot be exchanged for monetary value and can only be used towards a frame purchase.

If you don’t have your order information, we will try to locate your order history. However, if we can’t find any record, you must provide proof of purchase.

There is a 25% restocking fee for all frames returned but not replaced. Please have the original frame returned for a refund, less the restocking fee.
Disclaimer: Frames must be in their original packaging with all materials intact before returning your product. The frame needs to be returned in good condition for a refund. If you ordered your frame via a bookstore or any other retail outlet please refer to their return and exchange policy as we are unable to refund payments not made to Celebration Frames directly
